Best sushi ever.

Whilst in Tokyo we had the pleasure of getting up in the dark, to cram into peak hour on the metro to then wade around in fish guts at tsujiki market. (this was actually really interesting) At the end of this joyful (early) morning we ate the most amazing sushi and sashimi. At 7.30 it was hard to muster an appetite, (actually not that hard) and boy were we happy we did. In the middle of the market we squeezed into one of about 15 sushi cafes/bars about the size of the cupboard under the stairs, we ate a plate and a bowl of what was probably swimming the previous night. It was so delicious with no funny texture or clumpy rice and the wasabi was really delicious. The sushi man made it right in front of us. He was very animated, and when a bunch of other rather loud westeners left he made us and the other Japanese sushi eaters free sushi. Best ever!! Here are some photos that will make u drool and some that may not!
